Media Travel provides specialist travel management services for bands, artists and celebrities in the fields of music, events, sport and entertainment. The team works with tour managers and agents to arrange the travel and accommodation for tours, festivals, conferences and events.
Media Travel offers a totally tailored service to meet the individual needs and demands of each client whether this be luxurious travel, VIP accommodation or exclusive flights. Music Travel
We provide global travel management services for tour management companies, individual music tour managers and independent record labels with a particular focus on touring. We have provided travel solutions for bands and artists in a variety of musical genres ranging from rock to classical. Our highly skilled travel management team understands the nature of tour travel and is therefore able to negotiate special hotel rates and air fares to meet any budget.
We work closely with you from the start of your project to make sure that the locations identified work for your artist(s) and crew whilst considering your budget and any logistical issues. We will provide you with a straightforward travel management itinerary to help ensure the tour travel runs as efficiently as possible. Entertainment Travel
From organising the flights and ticketing for participants in talent shows like World Idol, to moving TV production crews and webcast personnel around the world, our travel managers can do it quietly, efficiently and competitively.
For a film production we can obtain flow rates from our preferred partners British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, as well as other carriers, allowing your personnel to travel between UK and the filming destination at the ultimate low cost.
As a specialist travel management company we have strategic relationships with individual properties and hotel chains such as Malmaison and Rocco Forte to ensure that we can contract the best possible rates and take care of your travel booking requirements so that you don’t have to.

Event Travel
Do you need to get 400 people from 20 different cities to London for a product launch? No problem! We can arrange air ticketing, hotel bookings, coach transfers and any other event travel management requirements you may have. We work with event management companies and directly with clients and encourage our early engagement at the planning stage for maximum value. This allows budgets to be presented correctly and agreed, choices of hotels to be approved and travel logistics to be well planned. We can also provide resources to assist with room reservations and check-in as we understand how hectic a large event can be. Motorsport Travel
Media Travel have recently turned their attention to motorsport, and particularly the WTCC circuit, appointing former RML Chevrolet WTCC Co-ordinator Fiona Rees to develop the motorsports side of the business. The team have put in some successful practice laps towards the end of 2010, arranging RML’s travel to the final WTCC race of the 2010 season in Macau, where they won both the Manufacturers Championship and the Drivers Championship. Utilising the existing skills gained from moving bands and brands around the world, the team take care of the travel arrangements for the entire support team, including flights, hotel bookings and transfers.
