Riding (well...driving!) High...A winning end to the season for JR Motorsport .

Huge congratulations to Media Travel client JR Motorsport, who came home from San Luis, Argentina with  the GT1 Drivers Title in their hand luggage. Starting in pole position, Michael Krumm and Lucas Luhr in car 23 wrapped up the title in the first of two one hour races – fortuitously ,as it happens, as the next race saw them their unblemished finishing record spoiled by an unlucky encounter with the wall.

Whilst car 23, with Micheal Krumm and Lucas Lumm aboard were the headliners, the weekend was an excellent one for the team overall, with car 22 (Westbrook & Dumbreck) putting in a stunning performance to  help  JR Motorsport take the runner up spot in the team title.

A great end to a fantastic season, and not just for JR Motorsport. In our first season working with motorsports clients, we are  thoroughly enjoying the challenges of managing travel to some of the worlds most high profile  rally and sports car events. Here’s to pole position in 2012!
