Celebrating its 12th anniversary, V festival is back!

When Pulp’s front man Jarvis Cocker revealed that he would love to play two outdoor venues in two days, we bet he didn’t expect the dual venue V Festival to become one of the most successful outdoor events ever - attracting top performers from all over the world.

Celebrating its 12th anniversary, V festival is back in 2010 with a great mix of old school artists and fresh newcomers, including Scouting for Girls, our new favourite.

Festival veterans Prodigy return this summer to remind old ravers and young rockers alike just how fierce they are. The band will be revving up the crowds with tracks from their latest album “Invaders must die”. We may be biased, but we think they’ll be a hard act to follow.

V Festival is also bringing us a whole Lotta of Pixie. Since the release of her first single “Mama Do” in June 2009, our favourite Essex girl has received three Brit nominations, sold 1 million singles and more than 500,000 albums globally. Pixie was one of the most exciting acts to emerge in 2009 and she just gets better and better.

What more could a dedicated festival goer ask for. Two great venues, a fabulour line-up of musical talent, and a lovely summer weekend(we hope!)... See you there!
