airline contracts do not permit us to advertise these fantastic
fares on an open market basis, they are just for our clients
in our media and entertainment market, and will equal or in
most cases better anything you can find on the web.
Our
Markets
MUSIC
We
look after the travel needs of many independent record labels
with special hotel rates, negotiated air fares and of course
a line of credit for approved account holders. In addition
we look after bands on tour, negotiating the required group
air travel, blocks of hotel rooms and of course we are available
24 hours a day for those last minute panics. One of our highly
skilled consultants will look after your tour from the outset,
and be your contact throughout. We charge either transaction
fees or management fees in accordance with the rest of the

FILM and TV
From
sorting the flights and ticketing for participants in talent
shows like World Idol to moving TV production crews and Web
cast personnel around the world, we can do it quietly, efficiently
and affordably. For a film production we can obtain flow rates
for you from our preferred partner British Airways or indeed
other carriers, allowing your personnel to go to and fro between
UK and the filming destination at the ultimate low cost, we
can contract the best possible hotel rates and handle the
payments and all the rooming lists, no problem. We charge
on a time and management fee basis for productions so you
know in advance what your costs will be. We are also versed
in the latest requirements for co-production and the nationality
reporting analysis along with the remainder of the DCMS reporting
requirements.
EVENTS
400
people from 20 different cities for a product launch in London,
with all the air ticketing, the hotel bookings and coach transfers
all over the place, and all for one period of 24 hours? No
problem. We like to come in at the planning stage so that
the budgets can be correctly presented and agreed, and the
choice of hotel approved, and we will staff the event with
our own people to make sure all the travel logistics work
out as planned. We can recommend venues, bring in partners
from the PR and VIP sides as well as actual event production
assistance. Again we charge on a management fee basis agreed
